Owlydoo is an AI-powered platform that creates personalized children's stories and illustrations. Our Service allows parents and guardians to:

• Create custom characters based on their children
• Generate unique, AI-written stories featuring their children as heroes
• Receive AI-generated illustrations for each story
• Save, view, and share stories within their account
• Print or download stories for personal use

4. Subscriptions and Payment

Subscription Plans

Owlydoo offers various subscription plans with different features and pricing. Details of current plans are available on our pricing page. We reserve the right to modify our pricing and plans at any time with reasonable notice.

Billing

• Subscription fees are billed in advance on a recurring basis (monthly or annually)
• All payments are processed securely through Stripe
• You authorize us to charge your payment method for all fees due
• Prices are listed in USD unless otherwise specified

Cancellation and Refunds

• You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings
• Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period
• We do not provide refunds for partial subscription periods
• Free trial periods, if offered, will automatically convert to paid subscriptions unless cancelled

5. Content and Intellectual Property

Your Content

You retain ownership of any content you provide to Owlydoo, including character names, descriptions, and uploaded images. By providing this content, you grant us a license to use it solely for the purpose of generating your stories.

Generated Stories

• Stories and illustrations generated by our AI are created specifically for you
• You receive a personal, non-exclusive license to use, share, and print your generated stories for personal, non-commercial purposes
• You may not sell, redistribute, or commercially exploit generated content without our written permission
• We reserve the right to use anonymized, aggregated data to improve our Service

Owlydoo Property

The Owlydoo name, logo, website design, and underlying technology are our intellectual property and may not be copied, modified, or used without our permission.

6. Acceptable Use Policy

You agree not to use Owlydoo to:

• Create content that is inappropriate, harmful, or not suitable for children
• Attempt to generate violent, hateful, or discriminatory content
• Upload images that you do not have the right to use
• Impersonate others or provide false information
• Attempt to circumvent our content moderation systems
• Use automated tools to access the Service without permission
• Interfere with the proper functioning of the Service
• Violate any applicable laws or regulations

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these policies.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, OWLYDOO SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR GOODWILL, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE.

Our total liability for any claims arising from your use of the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid to us in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.
